Summit Healthcare’s existing site had evolved by means of internal development over the company’s decade-plus of existence, a fairly common scenario among IT-focused companies. The result was a site that lagged the industry best-practices curve, that under-performed on lead generation, and that was difficult to maintain due to the variety of underlying technologies employed over time.
Summit Healthcare’s goal for the project was very much the opposite: a site that would embody industry best practices, would excel at lead generation, and would be built using a state-of-the-art content management system (CMS) for simplicity of maintenance. The company took the time to get the new site’s architecture and messaging right, beginning with a positioning/branding workshop conducted by eMagine.
The site was also upgraded to give the healthcare community access to important content and communication tools, and to serve as a launch vehicle for Summit Healthcare’s newly-branded Apex product suite. Visitors will also discover a community forum page on which they can share and receive tips and tricks with other customers and get advice from Summit Healthcare experts.
